Estimate Valuation Report

In business valuation, there are different levels of appraisal or valuation engagements, each with varying degrees of depth, detail, and scope. In Canada, three of the better known types of valuation reports are 1: Calculation Valuation Reports, 2: Estimate Valuation Reports and 3: Comprehensive Valuation Reports. An Estimate Valuation Report provides a mid-range level of detail and assurance and contains a conclusion that is based on limited review, analysis amd corroboration of relevant information. This type of report is often used in business acquisitions.
